Intro to Pole Dance: A newbies guide to pole! This class is geared towards individuals who are brand new at pole. The basic fundamentals of strengthening, spinning and transitioning on the pole will be taught.
Beginner Pole Dance : Welcome to pole! You will work on strength conditioning, spins, transitions and some floor work to navigate your way around the pole. Beginner is open to anybody looking to start or continue their pole journey.
Advanced Beginner Pole Dance: In this class you will learn more enhanced skills, spins and transitions. A strong focus on climbs, safe inverting technique and holds on the pole will be explored. Previous experience in pole or instructor consent is required to move to this level.
Intermediate Pole: Here you will continue to build strength, confidence and flow on and off the pole. A strong focus on combining moves together to enhance your endurance on the pole. In this level you will begin to strengthen shoulder mounts, handsprings and split grip moves. Previous experience in pole or instructor consent is required to move to this level.
Advanced Pole: For the accomplished poler looking to enhance their skills through dynamic flow, tumbles, flips and flexibility. Previous experience in pole or instructor consent is required to move to this level.
After Dark Pole Flow: In this class, we explore everything from the beauty of erotic and sensual flow, to badass dynamic tricks, all while emphasizing embodiment and self expression. Through a guided framework and freestyle, lean into how your body speaks through sensuality while creating a deeper connection to your authentic way of moving. Knee pads and heels recommended, some Beginner Pole classes also recommended.
Pole Choreography - in this beginner friendly class, you will be taught how to put moves together to music and improve your fluidity around the pole
Beginner Lyra - Lyra/hoop is a circular ring suspended from a line (or 2). Learn tricks in, on, underneath and around your hoop in this class. You will build endurance, agility, and strength. All the basics of this apparatus will be covered and then some. No experience necessary. Long-sleeved shirt, long pants recommended.
Intermediate Lyra: Expect longer combos, increased conditioning, and become more comfortable with spinning and moving on your hoop! The perfect class for those who have mastered all the quintessential moves and are ready to run away to the circus!
Lyra Choreo (Beginner and Intermediate): A class for flow-lovers and those who don’t quite feel ready for move to the next level, but want to challenge their flow and musicality. Connect your movement and find new pathways along with light conditioning to help you bring it all together. Long-sleeved shirt and long pants recommended must have a few Lyra classes under your belt to attend
AcroYoga - a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga includes many types of partner and group acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted. As such it also draws on traditions of circus arts, cheer-leading, and dance acro.
Dance and Alternative Movement
Booty Barre - a full body, low impact class that lengthens and strengthens your muscles through a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet movements. Strong focus on lower body engagement.
Buti Yoga - a dynamic asana practice fused with primal movement, tribal dance and deep core engagement. This is not your average yoga class!
Stretch - a class based around lengthening your muscles through both passive and active engagement
Pilates - form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This class aims to promote strength, stability, and flexibility.
Booty Blast - a lower body, low impact, high energy class that is all about working that booty, bands are encouraged to be used in class to create resistance.
Heels - an empowering dance class that will leave you feeling fierce, confident and strong, as we dance through burlesque inspired movement you will embrace your feminine energy
Booty Vibez - twerk inspired dance class that will have you moving, grooving, and shaking your booty
Sensual Low Flow - in this dance class we get low and work on our floor work. Sensuality is often a theme of this class, as we encompass sensual, empowered movement
Beginner Ballet - we go through a ballet barre sequence as well as centre adage floor work, often times we create choreography from our centre ballet movement.
As well as….Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical
We offer a variety of styles at a variety of levels. As an adult new to dance all we ask is that you come with positive attitude and be ready to dance!
